Free the Guilt eating this Chicken Salad! NO MAYO USED!!! Just simply use plain Greek yogurt with our Like Mayo blend! Saves you 600+ calories per half cup!
Yield: 1 good sized sandwich — could share with a friend…
• 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp of Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo Blend
• 1 large Chicken Breast Cooked (I instapot my chicken!) OR 19oz Canned chicken (shredded)
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries (more or less if you choose)
• 1/2 cup mandarin oranges (more or less if you choose)
• dash of pepper
• 2 tsp Gnarly Pepper Veggie Blend
- Strain, rinse and shred canned chicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, plain greek yogurt, Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pepper.
- Mix up aggressively to spread mix and shred up mandarins
- Add in 2 tsp of Gnarly Pepper Veggie Blend, mix!

Serve with 34º Degree crisps OR on sandwich bread of your choice.
